ETI is located in the third floor of TNPCB's Corporate office in Chennai and comprises:
A training section with a classroom accommodating 25 trainees. The classroom are equipped with state of the art training equipment: Computers, Laser Printer, LCD Projector, Direct Projector, Slide Projectors, OHPs, Video Camera, Still Camera, VCR, VCP, Home Theatre etc.
Office space for trainers and consultants
A computerized Information Centre and Library with the latest International books, CDs and Journals on Environment and Pollution appropriate to all target groups.
