NOTIFICATION-II

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Sub-Section (2) of Section 54 of the Air

(Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Central Act 14 of 1981), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board, hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Air(Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983.

AMENDMENT

In the Said Rules, in Chapter V, in rule 8, for the Table under Sub-rule (1) the following Table shall be Substituted, namely:-
